Went in today to just Vacuum my car and asked how much. The employee was so nice and let me vacuum my car for free!! He even let me wash my car for free this one time too. I was shocked. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to take the Free Car Wash offer. Hopefully next time I will give their car wash service a try. Vacuum equipment was so easy to use and everything went smoothly. Great customer service! I would totally recommend to everyone. Will be coming again!

Very friendly staff. Always stocked with waters coffee and fresh clean towels to dry and clean the inside for free. The monthly membership is totally worth it. Go through once and it's paid for. Plus you get 50% off all detail package!

Good afternoon everyone, I had my car washed at the Carnation on 3191 Matlock Rd in Mansfield Texas, my car was being brushed down before I entered the tunnel, the brush broke off my driver side Windshield wiper, I was ask to come back at 1pm to meet the Manager, after he tried to repair the wiper, it could not be repaired, he look at the passenger wiper also, and the Manager replaced both wipers, Great Customer Service and how they handled this situation. If you’re looking for a car wash to be a member, you should consider Carnation on Matlock Rd…. Great Team Work!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Very customer oriented. Nice sized rags and everything you need to make your car look pretty. The best part is they have bottled water for the guests. Coffee inside which is always full. I wish they had more locations

Tenashay going I spelled it correctly was great helped me get the excess dirt out of the bed of our company truck before,returning it to the office. Great customer service. Very much appreciated, if he hasn't got one. Give that man a raise.

They truly deserve a 10. I went for a car wash today 12/24/2025. My first wash didn’t clean the bugs off so before they towel dried my vehicle they ran my car through another wash! I have never had service this courteous ANY where else. Made my day!! I will definitely be coming back over and over!! Thank you for ah-mazing service!! Greatly appreciated!!!

After my original experience at another location, Eric, the district manager, reached out within an hour of me contacting corporate. He personally apologized and went above and beyond to make things right. At his recommendation, I visited the Mansfield location, and the difference was night and day. The team there was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. My car came out spotless, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The service at this location completely restored my confidence in the brand. Because of the accountability shown and the quality of work I received, I’ll be canceling my membership with the previous car wash I used and switching over to this company instead. Thank you to Eric and the Mansfield team for handling everything so well. Great service and great management at this location.
